In this case, it was required to become 3 resets, meaning the time of reaching 3rd res, 1st lvl, which you can see for everyone in their character profile here on the site (Last reset time).

We are announcing a contest:

The first three players to reach the 3 res limit by Sunday (October 9) 19:55 (Server time) will receive 1 NON-EXCELLENT weapon of their choice +13+28+Skill+Luck and  500 credits each.

For one-handed weapons: you will get 2 pieces - one for each hand.
