If there is still someone who didn't understand:

For 1 week we will have only 1st level wings in Auction then we will add items from BoK+1 and we will have higher level items with time.

This is applicable for other places as well, like rewards and etc.

UPDATE

During the 1st week there will be no jewels in the auction's currencies because we know nobody will give 15 Creations for 1st level wings.
